Lot 1 Coffee

Incredible flavours, presented so beautifully on the plate. I'd read reviews before going, but was still pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed our meals. Açai bowl was a hit. Generous portions left us feeling satisfied, though disappointed we didn't need to order another dish. The service was friendly and fast, despite the cafe being quite busy. The coffee was an absolute standout. A must try place in the area.

This is one of my favourite coffee places, as their coffee tastes great. I've never had bad experiences here until this afternoon. A lady at the cashier around 1 p.m. had a problem with her behaviour. Even though I was obviously at the front of her at the cashier counter, she never looked at me and never did greet me. If staff are busy, I totally understand, and mostly the staff usually say something like wait a moment to let customers know that staff are recognising customers presence and still caring for them. However, this lady didn't talk to me and didn't even look at me for a long time. She was doing her own thing at the cashier by facing down to the counter, although she knew I was in front of her. She eventually took my order, but she didn't express any appreciation for my patience. She was behaving like there was no problem existing. After she made a coffee for me, she called my name and just put my coffee down on the counter. The cup was dirty and she didn't say anything, such as thank you or have a good one! etc.., and didn't make eye contact with me. I wasn't treated well. I'm regularly coming here to grab a coffee as their coffee is lovely, and some of the staff who I've communicated with before were nice and friendly. So, I'm quite disappointed today. I don't think her attitude is appropriate for customer service. I hope her professionalism will be improved.

I wanted to try an acai bowl but not the usual soft-serve kind. I looked and researched and from other recommendations this place seemed to be the best 👌 I'll admit it was a bit pricy in general but comparing to other places that serve acai it was reasonable for the portion! ($18.5 💸 ) The portion was quite generous and I didn't expect to be so full after eating it. Even though I ordered it for takeaway the presentation was on point and the fruits were very fresh - there even was the actual acai fruit put in the selection! The Granola serving was also generous too. Service was efficient and a smiling waitress guided us to order 😊 . Was my first time trying acai and was great! If you want fresh more authentic acai then this is the place to go ^U^ ❤️
